Kaleah the Winter Celebrations Fairy (U.S. name: Wanda the Winter Celebrations Fairy) is the third fairy in the Snow Kingdom Fairies.

Appearance ==
Kaleah has medium-dark skin and curly black hair which is similar to Sabrina the Sweet Dreams Fairy's hair-do with a pink hat. She wears a dark blue winter dress, teal hand warmers with purple checkers, white tights, and turquoise boots. Her wings are indigo-tinted.
Pet[]
Kaleah has a magic blue unicorn named Destine which has blue skin, a pale blue mane, and indigo eyes. Destine has a silver magic horn which lights up with a light blue aura, which let Kaleah, Kirsty and Rachel find Pola the Aqua Snowflake Spirit.
Powers and abilities[]
The seven standard powers of a fairy.
Makes sure that the celebrations and feasts are a big success during winter. Without Pola, winter parties will be ruined, including Kirsty's neighbor Lea's party, whom the snowflake projectors didn't work and the food was ruined.

- Her U.S. name is Wanda the Winter Celebrations Fairy as Michelle (aka Christina) is the Winter Wonderland Fairy.
- Her pony Destine was captured when the goblins mistook her for Pola, but was rescued by Pola when she made an ice elevator.
