Appearance[]
Tomira has light skin, freckles on her cheeks and long straight red hair in a fringe. She wears a pale yellow heart hairclip, a red dress with a white stripe in the bottom, a white sash, a pale yellow jacket, pale yellow socks, and red mary-jane shoes. Her wand releases sparkles shaped like red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and her wings are round and yellow tinted. She has a special red velvet cupcake that helps red velvet cupcakes taste sweet and delicious.
